Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan.

In a bowl, coat the turkey (300 g) in the tikka masala sauce (200 g).

Place the tortilla chips (150 g) onto a baking tray, then add the turkey or chicken, cheese (200 g) and chilli (1).

Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the meat is piping hot.

To make the raita, mix the yogurt (100 g) with the coriander (1 handful), mint (1 handful), cucumber (1/3) and lime juice (1/2) in a bowl.

Remove the nachos from the oven and top with the remaining coriander, blobs of mango chutney (1 tbsp) and pickled red onions (1 tbsp). Serve with the homemade raita for dunking.
