Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan. Put the sweet potatoes (4) into a baking tray, sprinkle with the chilli flakes (1 tsp) and drizzle with olive oil to coat. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the edges are charred and the insides are tender.

Meanwhile, whisk together the yogurt (3 tbsp), tahini (2 tsp), garlic (1 clove) and lemon juice (1) with a splash of water to loosen. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Combine the parsley (1 bunch), garlic (1 clove) and lemon zest (1) with a splash of extra virgin olive oil, and season.

Spoon the yogurt dressing onto a shallow platter. Top with the roasted sweet potatoes and finish with the herby smash.
