Excellent pants! My favourite Though I think there was some confusion since I kept getting reminders to collect the garments for some time after I had. I popped down three times after collection to collect them again as requested by your emails, and felt a bit unfair on the staff - unless you'd actually sent another batch for me to collect. It might be worth ensuring that staff understand the system for recording when customers products.
