I would reccomend this cake to anyone wanting a simple but delicious wedding cake. We did not put any extra decoration on the cake except a topper saying our Surname and date of our wedding and it looked stunning. The cake was moist and the icing really good too - I don't usually eat icing as it's too sweet but this one was too good not to eat. We even bought some to work 3 days later and it was still moist and enjoyed by everyone. Couldn't have asked for anything more; very happy.

The cake melted on the day and leaned over. The fondant was extremely soft, there was no need to have covered the actual board with fondant this made it difficult to position the cake without leaving finger prints on the icing. I was not really impressed and the majority of the cake ended up being binned. The cake was not what I'd expected. Spoiled part of the day.

We spent a lot of time looking at bespoke cakes before deciding that we both preferred a simple design, then came across this cake which looked perfect. It was so easy to assemble, we have flower cake topper which brought the whole display together. Taste wise it was really delicious, not too sweet and really lovely moist sponge. We had so many compliments when people realised it was a chocolate cake and not fruit!

We had 100 guests at our wedding and with my husband's family it's always a good idea to have more food than you really need. This cake was a big hit and after the wedding we still had an entire tier (the bottom one) left to eat. We've decided to freeze it (in slices) so we can have some on our 1st anniversary. It was delicious and perfectly suited us and our wedding.

The cake was perfect in every way. Very easy to order, collected 9am day before the wedding and added a few personal touches which just made it even more stunning! The cake itself was huge and we still have the bottom tier even after everyone had a piece. It tasted perfect and even the 'traditionalists' agreed it was better than a fruit cake! It keeps well too! Would definatley recommend to anyone, super value!

Everything is spot on within the advertisement of this product, picked it up at the time and place agreed, really easy to set up and tasted fantastic (fresh and light). Would like to have seen this a bit cheaper in price, however it is a competative price when you compare this to other sites (I bought the 2 of these as it was my wedding catering for 300 people!!).
