Creasing and quality of the coat
I like the style of this coat but it was delivered VERY creased and after 5 days of hanging the creases did not drop out. There is also a small dot/mark on the right front by the pocket. I would have returned the item and requested another identical style and colour but it seems there are no more available in my correct size. I feel the quality of coat should not crease so much and have since noticed others have complained of the same. I tried to email M & S about this with no response. If there is any chance of having another one the correct size I would prefer to do this. Otherwise I will have to take it to a dry cleaners to get the mark removed and to ask them to steam the creases out. A great shame the product is like this as I want it very much for a birthday present to me.

Bought this coat for my daughter She is a size 8 and the coat was huge ,it came badly creased and after 4 day hung up the crease still hadn’t fallen out The material is a cheap quality, it looked shabby Not worth the money even though it was reduced I returned it

I was really excited about this coat . I have worn it on two occasions and it already looks pilled I’m thinking I may send it back . What a shame

I love this coat. It fits well. It is soft and warm. It makes me feel good! It feels a bit light weight when you collect it, squashed into a plastic bag but the creases dropped out and the coat was good to go quickly.

Loved this coat great fit great colour but unfortunately I had to return it as after only wearing 4-5 times the material was rubbing up making the coat look worn. Returned to store for a refund no problem but very disappointing.

Lovely warm coat, a bit on the large size, I bought a size 10 so I could layer underneath but an 8 would have been fine. Granddaughter Said I am very stylish when wearing it! Feels on trend.

Sosandar coat.
The coat is lovely-well it will be when I get all the creases out of it.When it arrived it was literally screwed up in a small bag. I did ring M&S up about it and the answer was the only thing I could do is to take it to the dry cleaners.———- You don’t pay over £100 for a coat and expect to have to pay out extra to have it dry cleaned!!! If it had been put on a hanger and put into one of your long bag’s.Then I wouldn’t be having all these problems with it.Other than that,it will be ok eventually.!!! Thank you

The coat felt thin and was very creased when it arrived. It was true to size but the buttons seemed to be too low and gaped across the bust so it was returned

Lovely coat nice fit but the coat I was sent has a vent in the back. The cot in the picture has no vent. Not sure if I am keeping or returning as I didn’t want a vent. Agree about creases for this price should be on a hanger
