Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I ordered this lovely selection of flowers for a friend who really loves roses. She sent me a photo of the roses when she had arranged them in a vase.i was somewhat surprised to see that the flowers didn’t really resemble the “winter warmth “ arrangement that was shown on the website. I rang to discuss my dissatisfaction with M&S who immediately apologised and sent out another arrangement which was as displayed. So 10/10 to customer service for rectifying the situation, but I really shouldn’t have had to have this conversation in the first place. Photo of original flowers received for comparison. It is a lovely arrangement and I hope that futures orders dispatched are as seen on the website.
