Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

The flowers were brought for my wife's Birthday and they were delivered the next day after ordering. Upon opening the box my wife was disappointed, as the outer petals on the flowers were going brown and the leaves had some form of mildew on them. My wife carefully removed the outer petals and cut of the mildew leaves and managed to salvage what remained to place in a vase.
