Vintage Style Floral Maxi Dress with Camisole

Lovely dress but much darker that the photo. Too much lighting used for the model. I have similar hair colouring to her and I thought it would be great for me too but the colours are very dingy with too much black. Had to go back. Shame because it fitted well.

This dress is very feminine and floaty. I am tall and it is a great length, falling mid calf which is lovely. The camisole can be adjusted as can the sleeve ties. It looks great with shoes or boots.

This dress is enormous. The colour is nothing like the image on the website. It's actually predominately a dingy blue. I was around when maxi dresses were first on the scene and they weren't as dreary as this one. Back it goes.

Saw it in store when no time to try so ordered online. Great fit, love the style, looks great with Boots but will be good with sandals when the weather is warmer/on holiday.

I really loved the look of this dress, both the style and the fabric. However, the underskirt did not sit well and the overdress flared at the wrong places. It barely fitted over my curves and was far too tight despite being my normal size. It will be going back to the shop.

...I agree with an earlier reviewer, it could be a tad longer...however, apart from that, it is a true floaty affair, with an extra advantage of hiding a recent weight gain!...worn on Christmas Eve, the lovely comments it received justified adding this particular dress to my wardrobe...

I bought this dress on line ,I ordered the size 16 it is what I usually buy ,but it was to big ! So I reordered the 14 Perfect fit ! I love this dress , it's so pretty and not to young for me 70 , I do like to have sleeves now ,it's going on holiday with me and it doesn't weigh much happy days !

I saw this dress advertised in the Mail on Sunday YOU magazine and tried desperately to get hold of it for a month!! When it finally was available (and reduced in price) I was so pleased and ordered it into my local store. The outside dress was really lovely, if a little on the big side but the lining was a different matter! It came up so small I could hardly get my arms in. I liked the dress so much I considered buying it and finding my own slip, but even reduced I could not bring myself to disregard basically half the outfit. So reluctantly I returned it. It was such a shame. I consider myself a true size 16 and I haven't had any trouble with other M & S clothes. Its hard to rate the sizing as half was a little too big and the other half, way too small!

This dress was awful. The material felt incredibly cheap and very synthetic. I was very disappointed as was looking for a dress with sleeves.

What a lovely, flattering and versatile dress! I just love the maxi and midi dresses from the Indigo range. This has a very pretty print which makes me feel rather like a modern day Ophelia in dark and light green with delicate splashes of pink plus it has lovely delicate detailing on the chest and pretty frills, ties and little gold buttons. The fit is perfect and very comfortable and what I love about these M&S dresses is that their delicate chiffony look belies the fact they are machine-washable and need no ironing. I am also very tempted by the similar styles in other colours..the fairytale print and the one in purple...but this is my favourite. My only lament is that there is only one length option. It would be great to have the choice of regular/ long as I am nearly 6 foot tall and to be absolutely flawless the dress would be a couple of inches longer. Would love to see something similar for spring in a lilac flower print but in sheerish cotton muslin/modal!
