Special Poppy
Yes, I recommend this
A little smaller than I'd imagined but nevertheless an attractive litle badge to mark an extra special event. Nice looking and good pin fitting.

Disappointed
No, I don't recommend this
This had to be returned due to the fact that the design was so poor the clasp did not stay on the pin. The store assistant said that I was not the first to complain and return regarding this item. Such a shame - seeing as it was for such a worthy cause. Take a look at the Royal British Legion poppy pins - much better design - they stay in place!

Would be best suited to a chunky coat lapel rather than a blouse or jumper as it does not lie flat.

I got this one because it is a special year. And I couldn't find it on the official poppy appeal website. It is just what I wanted slightly different from the usual pins.I will wear it with pride.

the back of my pin did not fit correctly, I had taken it home before I realised so I could no exchange it, used a back from a previous pin. I made the mistake of thinking that the back ground was white rather than gold - but I notice that it is described as being gold so my mistake entirely. However a white back ground would have been nicer for me - white being symbolic of peace. the poppy obviously to respectfully remember those who have fought and died for us.
