I love this style of trouser and already have a pair in a different fabric which have been brilliant. I bought these hoping they'd become a similar staple but the material is less structured and more like pyjama/jogger material. It meant my jiggly bits were visibly jiggly and I wouldn't have felt comfortable wearing these to work. Hopefully they come out in a different material.

These trousers are my new favourite!!!!! Material is warm and hangs well! I can see me getting loads of wear out of these. True to size - would love more colours! Not washed them yet but don't foresee a problem. I'm sure they won't need ironing!

I had to order these in a size 8 when I am usually a 10, but they look great.

Lovely fit. Nice colour. Warm for this time of the year. Haven’t washed yet. No bobbling of material after two days wear.

I ordered a long as some reviews said they were aon short size. They are lovely and comfy but I do think they were overpriced .

I have only recently been introduced to the type of trouser (I have other M&S styles). This latest buy is very good.. I purchased size 14 short and found them to be true to size in fact a perfect fit. The only downside I would say is that the cord around the waist could be a little longer especially if you want to tie it in a bow.

I was looking for casual comfortable trousers that weren't jeans and would be warm in the cold weather. These looked like they ticked the boxes, so I ordered them from the website. The fabric is quite substantial, soft and cosy to wear with the drawstring waist for comfort which is concealed in a nice flat waistband. The pockets are welcome as many trousers of this type tend to come without them so I have somewhere to put the mobile phone/tissues/car keys etc! I got the long size [I'm 5ft 7] and they are normal length on me- rather than ankle grazers but that's fine with me. Having worn them a couple of times I could have probably have tried a smaller size but not enough of a concern to exchange them. I really like these plus they look smarter than I expected so I can also wear them for work with a top that covers the drawstring waist - bonus!

Fit and length just right, size 14 short, I am 5ft 1in. Good quality material. I little bit on the skinny side from the knee down so they stick to my winter socks but not a real issue.

It was so good to find a pair of casual trousers that aren’t black . I have bought a second pair to wear on a couple of ski trips. They are really comfortable but I had to buy a size smaller than I usually wear. Please M and S bring out more trousers in winter ranges in navy,brown or even green not just black.

Love this style. Fit is near perfect. Lovely with trainers or flats and very comfortable to travel in. Bought online because they didn’t have my size in store.
