Striped Slash Neck Bodycon Dress

could not get this dress in long length for ages but persevered and so worth it.I am 5ft 7in so needed the long and it looks fab.nice for day or evening.

At last I have found a dress long enough. So pleased you are now doing three lengths. I always used to buy your long length and for years you stopped doing this. So pleased.

The dress looked lovely so ordered it in a size 12 as I would normally. The dress was only available to order in a 12 short so took a chance. On arrival the dress was very fitted but it was a body contour. The problem was the top of the dress. It fitted nicely around the bust but the shoulders were totally wrong and no amount of pulling down would correct this. The length was perfect. I was very disappointed.

Lovely quality item. First Bodycon dress I have bought. Looking forward to wearing it. Not quite sure about neckline (re bra straps) but I am sure I will work it out.

I managed to secure the last size 12 at my local M&S store. The design,length & positioning of the stripes are all very french! The neckline is a very wide boat shaped & this maybe why some reviewers have found the style difficult. Perhaps it suits me because although slim, my shoulders seem to hold the neckline in place. I don't find the material heavy at all, it is very worthy for a British summer. Itried on other similar striped dresses much heavier than this. There is 2% elastane which doesn't allow for much stretch for putting on & taking off but I can't wait for mild weather to wear it

Lovely thick material. Close fit -but that is how it is supposed to be.

What a fantastic dress. Why can't M & S do more dresses that are stylish classy with an added bit of sassiness like this one. Absolutely love it. Please make in more colours like red, navy, black.

As I'm 5 ft 9 I ordered long length and it fits perfectly. The slash neckline might be a problem sitting right on my sloppy shoulders but I'm sure this will be a great dress for the holidays and maybe the UK summer if we see the sun.

The fabric is too thick and therefore stood proud of the hips, so looked an odd fit. It's a return

Love this dress. Navy and white is always a great combination. Bought it primarily for summer holidays as it will not crease in suitcase. I am sure I will get lots of wear from it as it can be smart or casual depending on shoes / accessories.

Dress is a great length, fits well and fabric is forgiving as well as the stripes hide a multiple of 'sins'. Can't wait to wear it this weekend, paired up with a jeans jacket and brown boots and funky printed scarf for example. In the Spring it will be great with sandals or flip flops.

Love the style but as lots of the dresses you sell, would look much better if lined, hate to see outline of underwear. !!! Not sure if I pay to get it lined or return to store

fitted me pefectly everywhere else apart from the shoulders! Nice material, gorgeous style, great shape, simple desing, nice colours. think a size up would not suit me at all such a shame

Ive looked at those dress for weeks and bought it with my 20%off. I love the colour , style material and best of all choice of lengths. I'm 5"7 and ordered long which was perfect. But its a very small fit, even the short sleeves were tight so sadly I returned it. I'm finding sizing so crazy in Marks at the moment.
