Stain Away™Suede Knee Boots with Insolia®

My boots are very comfortable, fit well, look good but are not worth the £100 I paid for them. The reason being is that they are not finished off securely at the end of the zip near the ankle and the stitching pulls away releasing the material and looks very untidy. I would have preferred the green boots but took them back to M&S for this reason and could only get a brown replacement: these have come unstitched now. The reason I have kept them is the are so very comfortable and of course fashionable.

Having seen and liked them at full price, I was lucky to buy them in the sale. I noted the other reviews about sizing and am happy with the fit although yes, they are a bit on the large size around the top but as I will always wear them under a longer skirt that is of little importance. One thing I will warn about however, is that the dye does come off to a certain extent. I found that out to my cost when I placed them on my lap in order to remove the labels on the soles. The warning label was only on one boot and by the time I read it my skirt was marked. The dye did, however, wash out, so just a warning.

Great value at sale price. Very comfortable, wider fitting and ideal size around calf. Would definitely recommend. Great with thick tights and skirts.

This was my second choice of boots, twice the price. They were very loose fitting round the ankle. I walked our of them.. Looked the part but poor fit. A smaller fit would have been too small. Not recommended.

Lovely boots but had to go back as gaping around the calf. Such a disappointment as otherwise looked fab. Please M&S will you do a narrower calf range???

good quality and elegant boots. Comfortable, even though they were size 51/2 and I usually take 6; but there was a big gap around the top of the boot, (I dont consider myself small - size 12). They would have been fine if I was only intending to wear them with trousers but I wanted to wear them with a dress/ skirt. So i was upset as I had to return them.
