Square Slate Serving Platter

I bought one for myself a few months ago. My sister admired it and I have just bought one for her.

I've been looking for one of these for ages, used on New Years Day for Antipasta......Fabulous ...looks very professional, holds quite a good amount and wipes clean...

Very disappointed with product.Have bought other items in this range and have been delighted with them. Angle of photograph on website very misleading . This is square not rectangular. It would be helpful if dimensions were given and a fuller description. Item described as slate platter no mention at all that the platter is in fact square. Product information and photograph need to be better.

This item looks as though it is rectangular on the internet, but in fact it is square and disappointing in size. This was purchased for a wedding present and had to be returned.

Bought two of these to serve appetisers, nibbles / display canapés to guests. It just integrates seamlessly with my existing tableware and creates a perfect first impression. You do need to attach handles to the tray with provided screws which hardly takes two minutes. The chrome handles add an extra, stylish detail or I've seen platters without handles and didn't find them very practical especially in a setting where you're going to pass on and share platters. Just make sure to handclean with soapy water and rub a little olive / sesame oil after each use to preserve the surface and enhance the natural finish of your slate platter. A happy customer. :)
