Short Lightweight Parka with Stormwear™

This was just what I was looking for, a lightweight rain/stormwear jacket with a hood, The jacket has pockets with rain flaps and are perfectly positioned horizontally at the front of the jacket not angled at the sides, so valuables, phone, wallet, tickets, are always reassuringly kept in front of you and upright, there is also a chest height pocket with vertical zip. The hood is roomy and keeps the face well shielded in wet or windy weather. I always assumed a Parka jacket would have a fur-lined hood, this doesn't, which suits me as I didn't want a fur hood. I would like to buy a second duplicate jacket like this, I hope m&s continue to market them.

This is quite light weight and Idea for somthing lik a spring walk the quality seems good it fits slightly larger for me so had to exchange for someone a little more fitted other wise it's a very nice jacket.

Perfect coat but has ridiculous pockets which face the wrong way meaning there is nowhere to put your hands. Stylish and nice otherwise but taking it back now - such a shame

Modern classic, I recommend this parka!

Good quality, good styling, good colour, good value for money BUT the hood could not be rolled up and hidden within the collar. Husband doesn't like hoods flapping around like a demented seagull on his back! Such a shame because in all other respects it was perfect.
