Let down customer
I am very pleased with my Hampton China except for two things. No way are the cereal bowls now being sold anyway as good as they used to be. They are so much smaller. Why can we no longer purchase one item such as the so called cereal bowl? Pay for four when you wanted only one. Shame on you Marks and Spencer.

No, I don't recommend this
I ordered this set of 4 "cereal bowls" to match those in the Hampton Set that I bought a couple of weeks ago. The bowls in the set are 15.5cm diameter, These (despite saying they are 15.5cm in the description are a fraction under 14.5cm. The clue is in the code numbers on the base of the bowls. The cereal bowls with the set are code 4869/2403. The smaller ones in this set are code 4869/2402. They are excellent quality finger bowls but useless as cereal bowls as they are too small. They are different to the ones that come in the set, so do NOT buy if you are trying to add to the set. Apart from that, they are the same good quality.

I bought a full Hampton dinner and tea set around 5 years ago. Very disappointed to find that you have changed the size of the cereal bowls so not what I wanted for replacements.

Really disappointed with this purchase. I have this set in full and unfortunately broke one of my bowls, ordered the new set of 4 to replace the 1 broken bowl, only to find that the bowls are now smaller in size than the originals. So I still do not have my complete set of 8 of each item 😫

Bought as part of the dinner service, very disappointed with them. They are tiny, certainly not big enough for cereal or soup, not much bigger than a dipping bowl. Sorry I didn’t buy the plates and mugs separately.
