Secret Slimming™ Zip-Up Swimsuit

I really love the bright colours of this swimsuit. I already have this style in a different pattern and I like the shape. It may not suit people who want to sunbathe as it has a high neck at the front but I want it for an aquafit class so it’s perfect for that. I bought it in the sale so it was very good value.

The colour attracted me first, then the unusual style with the wider straps and the zip up the front. I tried two sizes and one was just right; a good fit at the top of the legs and very firm across the bust and the stomach.

I am size 28, pear shaped and over 50, 5 foot 8. This fit me nowhere. too high cut in the leg, too short in the body, so that the overly large cups sat almost at my waist, and there was no way I could hoist/hoick/hustle my figure into that shape. I wasn't expecting 'secret slimming' to give me someone else's beach ready body, just hoping for something I could swim in. Sadly this is not the one.

Loved everything about this swimsuit from the bright pattern to the excellent fit. Although I’m only 5’5” I often find swimsuits short in the body but not this one. 10 out of 10 M&S.

Until recently I have always worn two piece swimsuits as I often find I have a lot of difficulties with the sizing of one piece swimsuits, usually in the length and the bust. However, I fell in love with this orange swimsuit. I tried my usual size 14 and, to be honest, I found it surprisingly short in the body (I'm only 5'2"); I always have the opposite problem. It was also predictably a little small in the bust. I thought I had better try the 16 before I resigned myself to another swimming costume fail. To my surprise this fitted much better. I thought it might be a little big in the leg but no they were not loose at all and not too cut away.. The bust fits well and is quite supportive. I don't think the 'secret slimming' does an awful lot but I feel the bold floral pattern draws attention away from quite a few faults. I would say this costume is coming up a little short in the body and, if you are a lady with a larger bust, you might want to go up size. The zip feature is a nice touch and seems secure - great for getting out of awkward wet costumes. I liked this costume so much that I bought the orange shirt/coverall to go with it.

Bought this style in blues and pinks last year so even though I don’t normally go for repeat buys I couldn’t resist the colour and pattern! It’s modest on the chest if walking or swimming and you can be cheeky and lower the zip a little if sunbathing. A flattering fit - a pity the matching cover up dress wasn’t as flattering - but I love the bright shirt I bought instead to go over it.

So pleased to find a lovely, brightly coloured costume suitable for Aquacise class. Have had lots of compliments already. It fits well and feels really comfortable.

It was cut a little too high on the leg for me and, more importantly, I foolishly unzipped it only to find that the zip would then not stay up. Happily, I wasn't in the pool at the time! Perhaps not one for the bigger bust. It went back.

Bought this as I needed a new bather for my classes. It’s perfect! The colour, fit and structure are spot on. I’ve already had several comments on how it looks (all good) I’ve bought zip fronted swimsuits from M&S in the past and have to say they have kept their shape and colour even after all the chlorine! Would definitely recommend.

Thank you! A bold print at long last in plus size that you can actually swim and do Aqua Aerobics in. Gives good control of one's bits and bobs... I did wonder if the zip would run but it's great. More like this please. I didn't find it cut too high on the leg for me for lane swimming it's an advantage. I'm going to buy some more of this and the other colour way before they go out of stock.

Just have to love this now ordered my third if like me you need help to dress l can do this myself .which gives me the ability to go swimming by myself love love it
