Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

This bouquet never came to the party! The blooms did not mature into something approaching the pictured display on your order page - which, given the price, and the occasion, was particularly disappointing. Please, please maintain the M&S standards of old. I am sorry to have to write this.

Extremely disappointed with this bouquet. The price was way over the top. I could have walked into a M & S store, bought a bouquet for half the price. In fact I did, 2 beautiful Christmas bouquets for the same price as I paid for one. Won’t be ordering on-line from M & S again.

Did not come on time, and flowers were not in water as have been in the past. My friend was away and was able to revive the flowers, but am disappointed all the same.
