Pure Linen Shirt

I bought this as a birthday gift for my wife. It came on time and was beautifully packaged in a sturdy custom Jaeger cardboard box. My wife was delighted with the shirt except that it was far too large so she ordered another in a smaller size. The replacement came in a plastic M&S bag and, because we weren’t in, the delivery man stuffed it into the container we use for our milk delivery. A £79 linen shirt screwed into a ball! Not good. I am grateful that, at least, the original delivery was packaged well and that my wife’s initial gift opening experience was a good one.

This is a really lovely shirt. I spotted it in-store, did nothing about it and knew I was missing a trick. Went home and ordered it online. Lovely weight linen, plain and simple, but gorgeous.

Initially I thought this shirt looked lovely and ordered a size 10. When it arrived, I was so disappointed as it was huge, I don’t even think a size 8 would have suited me plus it was described as being white- it’s not its cream in colour! Please, please can Jaeger and M&S get their sizes correct.

I love this blouse so much have brought three. I love the colour and fit. Have received compliments when wearing it.
