Pure Linen Deep Fitted Sheet

Open weave, rough cloth, similar to sack cloth. Reminded me of the sacks used in times gone by at greengrocers for potatoes and other vegetables! Item returned for refund.

Positive...this fitted sheet is deep and hasn’t shrunk. Looks okish without ironing ( unless you’re fussy) Negative....Quite scratchy, could almost be used to exfoliate! Much rather cotton sheets. Wouldn’t buy again even in the sale.

This sheet is a nice coulour Blue, a good fit and was a bargain in the sale. However, I find it is not “cooling” — in fact, it’s rather warm. It also has a slightly rough texture, which I hope will disappear after washing.

I have a good quality mattress and have been unable to find fitted sheets long enough until now. These sheets are great and are plenty long enough for my mattress. I've bough another pair in white as I'm so pleased

Previously bought white linen sheet and pillow cases. They are lovely against the skin in the heat and if you’re not into ironing they are perfect. Shame the green pillowcases had sold out. Very pleased with my purchases.

We don’t iron this, we go for the 'relaxed' look, so it isn’t the neatest looking bed but, the linen is soooo nice to sleep in! It’s soft and cool and we love it! Thought it was rather expensive but now the price had been reduced it is pretty good value, especially as it is such lovely quality linen. Only slight negative is that the single duvet covers are very big, so the duvet slides around inside.

Converted me from high thread count cotton to flax/linen. Very comfortable whatever the temperature. Natural is a go with anything colour and nicely sets off my white cotton flat sheets. Deep fitted linen sheet is easy to make up the bed. I also bought linen pillow cases. Will be buying more in due course. Loving M&S linen shop.

I was disappointed when I first received the sheets to see that they were far coarser than I had anticipated. I washed and ironed them before use and during this recent hot spell have been sleeping on one of them. It’s not the smooth and cool linen that I remember from my childhood. It’s rougher than cotton and there are no cool spots to find with my feet. On the plus side, the sizing is generous.

I ordered two of these fitted sheets for my new bed. The size on the package for king size is 152 cm by 200 cm, the exact size of my mattress. The size of these sheets were 152 cm by 213 cm, 13 cm too long. I took them back to the shop, got a refund and bought two more, same problem. Thankfully customer services at head office were very helpful, sadly I've had to return all the bed linen as if I cant find the fitted sheet to match then the duvet cover and pillow cases are no good either.

This linen fitted sheet is gorgeous, fits over my deep mattress without having to stretch too much. Very snuggly and comfortable to lie on!

The deep sheets fit our bed perfectly - we have a thick mattress topper and most sheets don’t tuck in. I absolutely love the linen, which is cool and comfortable and gives a great natural look. Will be buying more!

I like the fact that it isn't pure white. It fits our new mattress from M&S which is 38cm deep even though this said 37". I'm not so sure that I like the bumpy, bobbly texture of linen in bed. The linen sheets that I inherited from my nan were much smoother, maybe due to their age. My mum would be appalled but I haven't washed them before use so they might soften up after washing. I think I would go for Egyptian cotton next time though because I like cool smooth sheets and these aren't like that.

Always wanted linen bedding and the sale was the perfect opportunity to make a purchase. Not ddisappointed at all. Lovely colour and excellent quality. Well worth the money.

Ordered these lovely, deep fitted sheets recently and am very pleased with them.They are in a medium cream colour and the texture of the linen is very pleasant.Was lucky enough to get in the sale so I ordered two and was pleased that they arrived exactly as described.Quality seems very good and now making beds is a doddle!
