Basic white t shirt in a nice cotton - not too heavy or too light. I like the length too, just right on me at 5”3”ish. Had washed ok.

The Hobbs t shirt is more expensive than M&S but in my opinion worth the extra. It is made and finished better good quality cotton. It does ‘hurt’ to say this as M&S has always been my go to for white cotton t shirts but sadly the quality and fit has deteriorated.
