Power Racerback Layered Mini Sports Dress

Power Gym Dress is fantastic. The small is a perfect fit, I vary between small-medium. The shorts are comfortable and the dress length is not too short, coming to just below the shorts. I’m 5ft 4in. I plan on wearing it on walks, hikes, workouts. I will buy it again!

Honestly one of the cutest and most flattering summer dresses I have ever tried on. Would be great for tennis or even running or yoga. My issue was twofold - one, the obvious problem of having to remove the entire dress to use the loo, which is a bit inconvenient if you're at home or a nice gym and very inconvenient if you're somewhere without nice facilities. Second, having to remove the entire dress down from the smallest part of the body to the widest part of the body so frequently made me worry about stretch through the neck of the dress. It honestly fit so well I couldn't believe it, especially through the bust, but I had to return it. I wonder if just connecting the shorts to the back half of the dress at the waist would at least help with putting it on without stretching. Really nice but not quite there.

Absolutely fantastic outfit for my Astanga practice. Looks beautiful and fit like a glove. I believe these dresses are the future. Thank you.

The Power Gym Dress is an absolute MUST for your wardrobe. I normally wear SB S leggings but go up a size to a SB M for tops so was a bit unsure on the sizing, but I am happy to report that the small fits like an absolute glove. This dress fits and sucks you in, in all the right places, supports the boobs well, looks incredibly flattering and is practical with its two pockets. The undershorts are brilliant to prevent summer chub rub. As soon as I wore it, I received many compliments. It is a multifunctional, versatile dress that can be worn for any sporting activity and looks sleek enough that it can be work for nights out in the evenings. I would buy this in every colour if I could.

It is such an elegant and comfortable idea, exercising in a dress with built in shorts underneath. Perfect for classes and the gym. I bought the XXL which fitted and looked great everywhere except the bust where it was mean and skimpy. It would have been fine for someone flat chested but not for a G fitting!

The dress is amazing and makes you look stylish. It’s tiny hard to put on and take off as there is no zip but it’ totally worth it

The most comfortable dress to work out I ever wore! Fits amazing and it’s very flattering. The only downside is taking it off after workout is another workout :)

I bought this to wear for tennis. There is one large pocket on the right hand side, perfect to hold a ball. However if you are a right handed player, it’s a design fault as you need to keep reaching across.

I bought this dress to wear in the very hot summers as I’m running around with my kids, bike rides, hikes, amusement parks, etc. this is my first SB purchase. i got a size small which actually seems a bit large compared to other womens athletic brands in the US but I’m glad for the extra room to be able to get it on and off easily. The outside pocket is amazing! All my other skorts or athletic shorts have tiny or inaccessible pockets so the pocket itself will make it my favorite athletic outfit. One downside is the bra pads fold over and get out of place every time I pull it down so I’m having to rearrange them every single time I use the bathroom. Otherwise a great dress! Wish there were more color options (dark pink, wine color, or teal would be amazing)

I don’t like to wear shorts but I play a lot if tennis and when it’s hot leggings are too much. Some of the tennis dresses are quite thick material and really short but this is mid thigh and super flattering. Especially with a touch of fake tan :-)

I’m 5.8” size 8 on top, size 10 bottom half. Ordered a small….fits perfectly. I think the model in the photographs must be really tall as the dress is much longer on me. For me personally I don’t mind pulling the dress up over my body to get it on (kind of like a swimming costume). I bought the dress last year and have been running regularly in it. Feels great, no rubbing, washes well. There is slight padding on the bust, the top is nice and fitted, the bottom half flares out a bit but I guess you need that in order to move in it freely. Someone in an earlier review wondered if it was appropriate for someone a bit older. I’m in my 40s and it is absolutely appropriate for any age :)

Love the make and style of this dress but I wish there was a petite. I’m 5ft tall and the is so much inner lining that bunched up on the inside I had to send it back. Can’t fault sweaty better for their return policy it was so easy and fast.
