I served this with baby boiled potatoes and baby spinach leaves for a lunch for three. I particularly liked the smoked salmon and prawn decoration which gave it the look of luxury. It was absolutely delicious and I have enough left in the freezer for another four generous portions. It was expensive but well worth it and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Excellent quality salmon, very well cooked and decorated with smoked salmon on one side and prawns down the middle. Impressive on the table and moist and wonderful on the palette. Served with hot new potatoes and assorted salads it was much Nadmired by my guests, I did admit that whilst I could have poached a salmon myself, as the weather was so hot I felt ordering from M&S was the perfect solution. Thank you M&S your poached salmon made a very easy and relaxed main course for a dinner party for 8 and I would have no hesitation in ordering it again.

This dressed salmon exactly fitted the description in the ' food to order ' booklet . There were easily 7 or 8 generous servings and our lunch guests thoroughly enjoyed it . At £40 it is a bit on the pricey side but a 10% off promotional offer helped .

We ate this for lunch with friends to celebrate a birthday. It was absolutely delicious. Not a morsel left. Not overcooked and beautifully presented. All I had to do was transfer it to a serving dish. Our friends thought that I had cooked it. I had to fess up that I had bought it from M&S. They will definitely be buying it. Lovely to have through the summer.

This is a large side of poached salmon with smoked salmon, prawns and cream cheese. It needs to be served on a large platter such as the one shown so that it can be cut into portions for your guests. I surrounded it with more large prawns and it really looked stunning. We had over 40 guests and those that took a portion commented on its flavour and appearance. I would definitely purchase again.

The salmon was beautifully presented, I did transfer to a serving dish quite easily but it looked good on the platter it arrived on. I served it for a family gathering on Easter Sunday, everyone commented on how delicious it was.
