It seems well made, though i have yet to wear it or find out how truly waterproof it is, then if works well might deserve a 5th star. It packs away very well into its small pouch. I ordered a size bigger than my usual size and am glad i did e.g. to go over a fleece, as is quite neat fitting. I bought it in Sale, might not have bought it at full price
