On The Move Lightweight Quilted Jacket

Lovely coat but it is huge! I ordered my usual size online plus the size below as I’d read reviews about it coming up large, but I had to return both as they were enormous. Sleeves way too long and just a very poor fit. Disappointing as I loved the colour and the style

I ordered this in what should have been my size. For reference, I'm a UK 8 and wear jumpers so would be wearing layers under this. I ordered a size XS. I was exited for this to arrive, really wanted it to work....but it really doesn't. First of all, it's HUGE! Not just a big baggy, but like I'd need a size XXXS not just the next size down! It looked silly and I was trying this on over fairly bulky layers which I knew come summer I wouldn't be wearing below this. The details felt like they were missing the details, no SB logo that I could see, it felt as though it needed a lining feature or something, and the sleeves felt cheaply finished. I'd have loved cuffs or just some sort of detail, they felt as if something more was missing. I understand this is supposed to be a summer style and you don't want a heavy detail, but even just a rolled up cuff would have been something... I returned this, I doubt even the next size down will fit, what I will say is the sleeves were long enough (not a regular positive with SweatyBetty, I'm 5'7" and often find the sleeves or leg length is far too short for me and it's often a deciding factor for me returning for a refund. I can only imagine the SweatyBetty fit model is a very short lady with shorter limbs!) It's such a shame as this is a really nice, flattering mocha colour. I can imagine it working well with any taupe or even any grey, it's a great shade. but the sizing really let's it down, it never used to be like this years ago when the sizing made a bit more sense! I was disappointed with this one. Perhaps if you don't mind dressing 5 sizes larger than you are or something, but for me I guess I'll be hoping I find better from another brand as yet again there have not been enough of the smaller sizes made for me to try the next size down.

Love this jacket! Super lightweight but very warm, feels lovely and soft to wear. Love the rib collar to keep you warm in these transitional months. Very versatile! Would really recommend!

Absolutely says it all in the title!!! I feel super stylish in this light weight, quilted jacket. The golden beige colour gives a lovely warmth, stylish and classic. So easy to wear, love the detailed curved hem and knitted collar. Great pockets too… This jacket is roomy, I purchased a size S, I really love it!

This is a nice little jacket however is a significant downgrade from the previous version which was warm, padded and had fleece lined pockets. This is a very thin unpadded coat with nothing really to distinguish it from a supermarket quilted jacket and in no way justifies the full price tag, I bought with a birthday discount and even then do not feel it is worth the money . Redeeming features are the collar, shape and fit and the colour . Overall it is a nice jacket but I feel sweaty betty are going to struggle if they continue to downgrade the quality of their clothing without lowering the price.
