Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

These were really disappointing for the money. Although well packaged they looked battered when we took them out. The flowers didn’t open and the roses drooped after 4 days. By day 5 they had to be thrown out. Certainly nothing like the picture

They were the worst flowers I’ve ever experienced. They were for my neighbours a well deserving couple with lots of health issues. I saw them when they arrived. Remarked that they looked like a five pound bunch not £50. Within 24 hours they started to wilt I’m so disappointed. If they were for myself that would have been bad enough but for the best neighbours ever. Not happy

My sisters and I wanted to send our mother flowers for Mother's Day. I chose M&S because I had sent M&S flowers to our mother before, and I knew what good quality and how reasonably priced they were. They arrived on Mother's Day. Our mother loved them to pieces!

I’m a regular buyer of online flower deliveries and thought I’d give M&S a try for a change. The flowers are very pretty and a lovely colour combo, nevertheless, the value is poor at £50 for only 15 blooms and some greenery. Had these been purchased from a store, they would have been much less and delivery costs are minimal in my experience. It’s unlikely I’ll be using M&S again.

These flowers were not cheap at £50 and I’m so disappointed. If I could have given them nil I would have done. They were for a special Mother’s Day as my mum had just reached a 100!! They were dead within two days and had to be thrown away (we followed instructions) so no value in those. Didn’t really look that great when they arrived. I would never buy these again and if anyone actually reads these reviews, it would be good if you did the right thing and sent some complimentary flowers to make amends.

I bought this bouquet for Mother’s Day. Ok, prices are inflated around that time but the number of stems in this bouquet was absolutely shocking. It felt like £5 per stem. We were all so disappointed and it looked like a cheap skate present with such a small bouquet. First time I have left a review and we buy flowers from M&S regularly. Not anymore if they now think this is acceptable value. Nothing short of a complete rip off.
