Good quality and adorable. However, if you only have a small tree they can look out of place as they are rather big. Otherwise very effective.

Had to return to store all paint off it. Ordered again no paint on it and back missing. Ordered again and enamel off it. Gave up in the end totally faulty

I ordered these letters for my grand children, however they were large and chunky, the neon lit shape was also a bit weird for my taste. They were of course returned.

Last year we bought the M&S Red light up letters they were fine this year chose theses to add to our collection so much better than the red ones letters far more distinctive when lit up.

Poor condition

Lovely idea - ordered three with the initials of my three children. Unfortunately I received 2 correct letters but the third was wrong. All 3 were scratched and had chips out of the paint. Had the correct initials been received, I would still have returned them for a refund as they looked worn and shabby.

I bought these decorations along with the red ones with the bulb lights. The red ones when in the dark on the tree, the B looked like a K as you couldn't see the edges just the lights, so I settled for these lights and they are perfect, the light goes all the way through and to the edges so there is no mistaking the letter, I would definitely buy again to go in with gifts. When the tree is not lit I put these lights on as a feature and when tree is lit I still leave on, had then a while no and still glowing as good as ever. Just perfect

Ordered 6 of these thru click and collect that side of things was excellent,arrived next day to store and the customer assistant in store very nice and got my order very quickly. When I got them home I was very excited to open them and from a distance look excellent but when I looked at them close up they are not finished off to the M&S standard I expect, found the sides on the letters had paint coming off and 2 of them had slight cracks on the mirror part. I expected maybe the odd one to have a mark but not all 6, they are excellent value for the price if they were made with a bit more care. I will maybe try and reorder the ones that were cracked and see how they look. It does say online only but saw some in store yesterday not the full alphabet range but would of preferred to of been able to pick them myself if clearly no one checks the items before shipping

Excellent Christmas light up decorations. The only small flaw is that there is writing on the LEDs that reflects back when the lights are turned on. Can't make up my mind on whether to give as stocking fillers or keep them for the tree.

Bought these to hang on my family gift bags at Xmas, will make it look extra special and more personal, they light up beautifully and can hang on their xmas tree afterwards. They look more expensive than they cost ,really pleased with my purchase.
