Faulty Light

We paid £199 and were so excited when the electrician fitted this in our new home! One of the glass globes didn't have the fitting holes so kept falling off as there was no thread so the electrician ended up having to improvise as I wanted the light up that day & didn't want to have to take it down, get a replacement etc. Once it was fitted it looked amazing apart from the fact that it was bent & looked wonky! I was so upset! I was asked to pack it back up & take it to a store nearby & a replacement would be sent out to me. I now have to pay to have the the light taken down, re pack the box & take it to store, wait for the replacement & pay to have this one fitted & hope that this one isn't faulty! I really do love the light (hence the 2 stars) but I'm not impressed with the hassle at all!
