Lol Omg Movie Studio

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas! Overall was great but missing number 11 in the set. For the price paid for it I expect everything to be here. Kinda bummed about this and going to attempt to contact customer support to see if they can make this right!

This product is extremely disappointing. I have purchased numerous big box LOL items and this by far is the worst . The set is made of cardboard that taped tightly together. To get to the dolls you have to pull this tape apart. No matter how careful you are, you will rip the cardboard in some form or fashion. On top of that, the cardboard is beyond flimsy and does not hold its shape after extracting all the surprises. Poorly constructed and put together. ,this should have been made of plastic for the price point. The unboxings online do not reflect the product that you purchase

I bought this set for the 2 OMG big sister dolls inside. The whole experience was a trainwreck. I had to buy and return the set 4 times to get a decent pair of dolls inside. Bad root jobs, messed up painted makeup, rats nest hair and glue globs on the face were encountered on almost all of the dolls I opened. These sealed sets are frequently concealing shoddy workmanship. When the dolls are done right, they are phenomenal and really one of the most exciting toys to hit the market in years. Their design concepts are on point and the packaging is creative and just beautiful. Most kids probably won’t care that their dolls don’t look great but for us adult collectors (we are legion), quality control is a huge issue.

This is a Christmas present for my granddaughter so we haven't actually unboxed it yet, but similar sets she's received have provided hours of enjoyment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LOL Surprise OMG Movie magic studio was an absolute hit. My daughter LOVED it and had a great time opening all the 70+ items inside. Not to mention, they packaging becomes a movie scene and its also has a movie theater. We have had so much fun creating movies together. I love watching how creative she plays and creates scenes. Its definitely fun to play with!

We were definitely not disappointed, the details in this set are amazing and so many surprises to find and open. The box itself is amazing you unfold it and it’s a movie type set theme with different set ups, super neat! Highly recommended for any LOL fans or people wanting to check it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your little girl likes LOL this is definitely a set for her. Cokes with 12 dolls and over 70 surprises. So many fun things to keep girls busy for hours. Once you get all the stuff out of the box, the box turns in to a movie set you can play with. 2 of the 12 dolls are full size fashion dolls! Make sure you follow the age requirement for this as it does have several small pieces that could be a choking hazard.

It was super easy to follow which box to open next and the order. The dolls are super cute and made with great material! My daughter has been having the best time with the dolls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another great set for LOL Surprise fans. LOL has really created some great sets this year. My 6 year old daughter loved this set. She is a huge LOL fan and wants to own every single LOL doll there ever was. So when she saw exclusive on the kit she knew she had to have it because there was no other way to get those dolls. There are 12 dolls that are only found in this kit included. My daughter had a blast unwrapping the dolls and all the little accessories. She has literally played with this set all week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this to my daughter for her birthday and she was thrilled. It is a huge set and really fun to open since it has some hidden sections. It came with two large dolls, 6 smaller dolls, 2 pets, and 2 babies. Lots of clothes and accessories. It came with instructions on how to unbox but it was a lot of work for my 7 year old so it kept her busy for a while! As with all of these OMG sets - tons of paper and plastic to get rid of after.

They got 12 dolls they didn’t have and had never seen. Came with a bunch of extras which was amazing. If you have kids and they collect LOL dolls this is the set to get them . It’s a way better deal that buying one at a time and when they see all that came in the box they will go crazy ! Very nice set , highly recommended.

We set up a spot and it took over and hour between them dressing characters and taking turns opening boxes. The red and blue glasses made it extra fun to try and figure out which character won which award. I am not sure they got them "right" but they had a lot of fun and that is what mattered. The second half of the glasses (the blue) was in a box in the 20 ish range so do not be alarmed when you only have the red to start. The dolls themselves are cute, I appreciate that some have little swimsuits or underthings as my kids deemed it inappropriate to have the ones completely without. We can paint them on ourselves, but some did have them already. The two large dolls really have some good representation. From the natural hair to the curves I especially liked that they are more body positive than some other dolls. The playset is made of thin cardboard to accommodate opening all the boxes so it did not last long with a lot of play, but they enjoyed it while they opened and while it lasted. Over all they really enjoyed the set, the largest dolls and the very smallest baby ones have been their favorite.

With the particular set they loved searching for the different accessories in the studio. My only real complaint is that the studio is cardboard, so it gets damaged pretty quickly and easily meaning they don’t get to use the studio itself for long. That doesn’t mean much to them though as they’re pretty creative with their imaginations. This set came with a ton of fun accessories.
