Linen Rich Shift Dress

Easy to wear, stylish dress. Sits on the knee - a perfect length for me at 5’ 4”. Neckline gives a modern twist. Flattering colour and the fabric feels good quality but haven’t worn or washed it yet. I ordered sizes 8 and 10 and preferred the more relaxed fit of the 10 so would recommend sizing up if between sizes. Looking forward to wearing it.

Nice classic. Simple style which is roomy but not baggy. Good in heat wave. I like the neckline,’V’ with a slight twist.

This dress could be dressed up or down. Looks lovely and cool for the hot weather.

Quality not as good as previous linen dresses.Creases badly. HUGE armholes. Was delivered to me looking like a rag, even though it was on a hanger. Kept it as I liked the colour, but will need steam ironing before every wearing. Have worn it once, not washed it yet so cannot comment on wash ability.

Nice, soft, comfortable fabric. Lovely shade of blue. Love the neck line. Not necessarily a dress for smart occasions but great to pop on on hot or warm days, for smart/casual occasions. Could dress it up or down. Haven't washed it yet but should be OK on a cool wash.

Would have kept this dress if the arm-holes had been a lot smaller. I could see at least three inches of bra under my arm. Not a pretty sight. However, this is not uncommon in sleeve-less dresses by most manufacturers. I am not alone in this view.

I love this dress. The colour, the material, the fit. Most of all I like the way the neckline has been made. It makes an already lovely dress just that bit different. Perfect.

A tiny bit snug around the bust, surprisingly as a M&S 12 fits me really well normally. Lovely fabric, colour and style

Really like the simplicity of this dress. Can be dressed up with nice accessories. It's a flattering, simple cut & I really like the fact that the arm holes are not tight (a constant bugbear of mine) so no chaffing! Wish there were more colours. Only thing I would have liked was to be 100% linen, shame it's 45% viscose.

Didnt really like the material - it was bit itchy. Also didnt like the neck line a bit too stiff and high for the summer. I have several of these linen dresses and didnt find this one as comfortable or flattering as the others.

Very pleased with this dress. Fits perfect around armholes and feels amazing. Cool to wear.

Good simple dress. Easy to wear and looks great. Yes the pleat at the top neck line, on the front is a little off putting, but that is a small issue. I like the simplicity and good looks.

Positive points were the lovely colour and the fact that it was linen, although could have contained more linen. The main reason for returning it was the very strange nexline. On the photographs it seemed to,have a rather nice little pleat or fold. In reality it looked as if someone had just put in a few rough stitches to stop the neck gaping. Really strange. I couldn't see it in my local store so not sure if I was sent a faulty one or not!!
