Lovely colour & comfortable fit

Although this is a pretty bra, it is not of the standard that I have bought in the past. The design has been altered from the everyday, universally popular, reliable, good quality bra I have bought from you for years and years. Over the years the name has changed, most recently being called Emily, then Juliet.(I keep the card information supplied each year so I can buy exactly the same ones) I ordered 2 x Juliet online, having been unable to buy it in black at my local ((m away) superstore on a number of visits as it was out of stock, so I was advised to keep an eye out online. I already buy a nude and white ones too, so it had to be black. The bras that arrived were called the Sophia collection, but said Juliet on the label inside,but as nothing like my usual ones quality. The design is basically similar but the material on the new bra is thinner and flimsier, the mesh at the side is much flimsier too. The underwire actually has more bend in the new design too. As I am a 34F this is very important. I do not feel as supported, contained or under control in the new design of all of the many bras that I have bought from you in the past. The most noticeable and disappointing thing is that the strap has been altered, is not as strong and firm and in wearing both of them over a 5 day period, they slip, become loose and have to be altered every day, whilst wearing. One review I read noted the ame problem and the lady had chosen to stitch it to keep it in place. The cup fit is still accurate, thankyou. In short, I feel that you have used less and cheaper materials. I was so perturbed that I even weighed them! the new design weighs 63g and he old one 67g and hi shows in the quality of the bra. Despite all this I have not returned them, partly due to the hassle, but mostly because I have bought this bra for many, many years and always felt confident in it and loved the fit and quality. Please change the quality and strap design back to the previous format.

True to size, comfortable everyday bra.

This bra is beautiful and should be very comfy if not for the fact that the runners on the straps slip so it needs readjusting several times throughout the day which is a shame. I think a better elastic would solve the problem. Gorgeous design and cup fabric though. Just needs some tweaks to inprove it.

I like the style of this bra so much I have it in four colours, with matching knickers. The only negative is that the straps slide and lengthen too easily, so need readjusting everytime I put the bra on.

Wanted a new bra to go under a new dress - wanted something a bit special for the 'do' but suitable for wearing every day after that.

Loved the shape, style and fit of this bra so I bought two to take on holiday. The fit is great but it was let down by the straps on both as they kept loosening and slipping down off my shoulders. I tried tightening the straps but it still didn't help. I now have two annoying bras.

Nice fit and lovely colour bra, although smaller sizing than usual M ans S so had to up a size to 34G

I'm always nervous about spending money on a new bra due to past disappointments, but this bra fits perfectly and looks lovely.

Good fit and looks good. Difficult to find a pretty bra when you are 34F . Most are not nice to look at. Wish they did other pastel or light shades

It would be great if M&S used the correct way to measure bra sizes instead of using the plus 4 method. It would be great to have more styles & colours in bigger sizes instead of the assumption there aren’t many chest blessed shoppers who don’t want plain & boring but do want pretty & comfy
