The sole has completely detached from toe to where the heel joins (just one shoe, the other is fine) Terrible quality for such an expensive school shoe. I threw the receipt away a few weeks ago so can't get refunded I guess. Clarks, if you read this, will my bank statement count as proof of purchase? Surely these should last longer than a month. I am very disappointed.

Excellent value. Hard wearing school shoes. 2nd pair. Last 12 months including playing football in them! Also brilliant they do up to Size 10. Kids have big feet nowadays!

So far good , I was buying cheep shoes from sports direct but the left foot would always brake after 3 weeks , he's had these from clarks now for 3 weeks and still looking strong , very pleased

I buy this shoe every year. Unfortunately the size I got was too small for my son so had to return and his next size up was sold out. So desperate for it I sourced it and got it somewhere else. It’s solid, it Lasts, comfortable for him. Gentle man shoes is what his school wants and this fits perfectly.

We had our grandsons feet measured in store prior to purchasing, we purchased on line because the shoes were not available in store. They arrived well on time and are a perfect fit. Glad we had his feet measured first, this avoids returns.

The shoe itself is lovely and smart BUT I wouldn’t recommend for younger teens, especially with wide feet. Unfortunately we had to return as one of the shoes had a fault.

Really lovely shoe,son wanted a smart shoe for school and this fits the bill.Not sure how well they will stand up to football at break time and how many laces he’ll go through,but the shoe looks great and very soft leather.
