Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Flowers were bought for a birthday, but on second day already started to wilt and half of bouquet was dead within three days. I expected them to last a little longer, especially as they were sold as a superior product.

Nice bouquet but certainly not worth the money, expected a far bigger arrangement and was very disappointed that it didnāt look much different to a normal bouquet. The actual arrangement looked nothing like the photo. Iāve given up buying M&S home delivery flowers as they Iām always disappointed.

It looked attractive when it arrived, but the roses were all fully open and by the very next morning (my wife's 90th birthday) most roses were drooping and the whole bouquet looked very sad. Much had to be discarded by the second day. It was all very disappointing and and I shall not be ordering flowers from M&S again.
