Inconsistent Sizing

I love these shoes but the sizing is inconsistent. Width is totally different from year to year. Just got a pair and had to return them for being too narrow. Ones bought last summer were fine but year before too narrow and returned. It’s almost like the size changes by color and year.

Returned a pair of 10 1/2 Jazz. I tried to wear them but they wouldn’t fit. Been trying to order a size 11 for a very long time. Had to return them. Size 11 has been out of stock for what seems like at least a year now. In both black and blue.

Love these, they are so cute! The shoe is not especially cushioned or soft. But I am not wearing these everyday/all day. The look trumps the comfort. The rest of the shoe is comfortable, just the bottom is hard.

Keep the bad reviews on top until the quality control issue is dealt with. Like many other recent reviews, I’m a long time fan of the Jazz. I’ve owned literally hundreds of pairs since the mid 90’s. The changes they have made in recent years has ruined the fit of this shoe. For starters, the toe box is extremely narrow and tight fitting now. This used to be one of the few shoes that fit my wide foot perfectly. The sole went from feeling like a spring to dead flat. As one other reviewer noted, it feels plastic and slick now. Lost its grip. Falls apart easily. No padding in the tongue. Saucony ruined the shoe and doubled the price. Why?

I love Saucony trainers. I bought my first pair in Italy while on holiday and as soon as I saw them in navy I had to have them. They are very comfortable and light. They are also good when it rains, on the wet pavement. Will be looking for more colours.
