I really like these trainers. I have wide feet so I thought they would probably be too narrow. I am usually a 6.5 and I bought 40/7 and I am pleased to say that they fit me well although I have put a moulded foam sock inside. The heel has a soft cushion and the laces are not too long. I hate online shopping so pleasantly surprised that these shoes are a good fit. At £80 they are a good buy and very nicely made.
