I'm on my 3rd pair but not because they are poor quality. they are bright white and I love them bright white. They get dirty then you clean them but the laces stay dirty. so I get new ones a lot sooner than I would other shoes. I buy them on sale and they stay in the box until I decide my current pair is not white enough. The width is great in the toe bed; never any scrunched toes. If I need to add an instep insert for my ankle bone spur there is still plenty of room in width and height, just looseb the laces a bit. it's a great all around shoes.

Unfortunately, the material of the shoe is low quality so that the "leather" squeaks whenever I take steps. It sounds like I'm wearing rubber rainboots. I tried to wear them for a few days hoping it would go away, but it doesn't.
