Gold Wrinkle Repair Day Serum 30ml - RRP £38

I started to use this a few weeks ago it was part of my beauty box purchase prior to Christmas. I felt it had made such a difference to my skin that I purchased it again. It leaves tiny flecks of 'gold' sparkles on your skin if you look at it via a magnifying mirror, but it was the overall look of my skin that convinced me that I needed to make this part of my daily regime. I have read reviews about the pump system not working and I have had no problems - should the new one I have just received prove a problem I will add to my review.

I’d tried the night serum as received in beauty box offer. Thought I’d try the day serum. The serum is great, so smooth to use and absorbs quickly. However the pump didn’t work and I found that the tube that should’ve been attached to the pump was missing! I have to undo the whole top and tip some serum into my hand to use. This is time consuming and difficult to judge how much I’m using. The whole bottle seems cheap quality plastic. I won’t be buying again. I thought about returning the product, but it’s not easy in this difficult lockdown time.

This is my second purchase of this product & its excellent. A little goes a long way & my skin has improved.

Nice to apply and makes skin feel hydrated. The bottle last quite a long time. I'm now on my second bottle

Under the current movement restrictions getting a new product is not easy- I did my research online , the product I had before -a PURE serum was great- did not seem to be available so I chose an alternative. It was very much more expensive but with mostly great reviews. I had it delivered to my local store (14 miles away) with the intention of collecting it when I was in town at work and going for my grocery shopping anyway( no unnecessary travel !) . Imagine my disappointment when I got it home to find that the dispenser tube was not connected to the pump and I could not get the pump section out of the lid. Strangely enough I had noted that someone had commented on this in the reviews- she had gone on to try and use it but at £30 I expect it to be in proper condition so I returned it 1 week later when I went for my shopping again (no wasted journeys) So I cannot comment on the actual product as I could not deliver it from the container. An issue for PRAI I think - not up to your usual standard M&S but very pleasant and helpful customer service

I use this product in the morning after cleansing with AlphaH. My foundation goes on so smoothly on top of it. My face feels silky and I see a really visible difference. I am nearly at the end of my first bottle and have another one ready to replace. Thoroughly recommend!

After reading all the 5* reviews on the product I decided to give it ago. It costs roughly the same as my usual go to serum (Boots No 7), but thought I might like to try something different. The actual serum itself is gorgeous. It just glides on my skin leaving it feeling hydrated but not sticky and more importantly agrees with my sometimes sensitive skin. However ………. when using it for the first time I could not get anything out of it using the pump. Luckily I managed to get the top bit off to find that the tube that is usually attached to the pump into the bottle where the serum is was missing! I would have sent it back but I had already sent the order sheet back because the other item I had ordered with this was the wrong thing. So now I just unscrew the top and tip a tiny bit in my hand when using. M&S online should really get its act together as the two items that were ordered were either wrong or faulty.
