Ghost 17 Running Trainers

To anyone that has flat feet and bunions these shoes are the first pair of Brooks I tried on and they made the pain go completely away. My feet have hurt for over 10 years. If you have bunion pain I’m telling you these are the shoes. I have my own lawn care business and this is what I cut grass in now. Huge difference. I will be buying another pair soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these for some time now, and I rotate between these and my Revel 7 for work most days, but I've been having some strange foot pain, that I previously hadn't encountered. I didn't account the shoes to the cause until I realized that the heel had collapsed and there is an actual ridge in them. I did like them, while they lasted, but for the price point paid when I bought them, I won't purchase them again. :(

Shoe feels really light on feet, fits well. I think it works great for walking or running on both road surfaces and treadmills

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Ghost 17. It was a smooth ride right out of the box. As a whole, Brooks is the only brand I have found I can take a pair of shoes out for the first run and it feels like the 100th in them. I always opt for Brooks over other brands for this reason.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Luckily I bought my first pair of Ghosts several years ago, because if the 17 had been my first pair, I never would have bought them. It's not helped by the fact that the Ghost 16 was my all time favorite and the 17 is definitely my least favorite. As far as the 17 goes, under the ball of the foot is an uncomfortable ridge and they seem to be narrow compared with past models. This is not great for a shoe that always seemed custom made for my foot years after year.

Comfortable heel support. I’m probably returning/trading them. When they’re tied they are digging into the top of my foot/ankle. Just got them today and walked around the house, but hurt when they’re tied. Maybe it’s my feet, but Glycerin fit my feet perfect.

These Ghost 17 are not comparable to any Glycerin. I think Ghost 17 are comfortable, but the top of the sneaker dig into your ankle when they’re tied. They just seem to be a much tighter fit than Glycerin. Just received them today and probably going to return them for a pair of Glycerin. Maybe it’s my feet!!

I find them to be extremely comfortable and my favorite right now!
