Fragrance London Eau de Toilette 30ml

Delicate, pretty everyday perfume.

I often prefer men's aftershave to women's perfumes which can be too floral. This has very similar notes to an aftershave I had paid £35 for called Narcisso Rodriguez, so I love it. However I will agree with other reviewers about the longevity - but you get what you pay for of course. And I also agree about the annoying cap that doesn't click on or off !

I bought this fragrance in the 30ml. size, having read some very favourable reviews. Whilst it has a very clean, subtle smell, I am just a tad disappointed that it has very little lasting power, at least on my skin. No grumbles at the price however, and makes a good 'workplace' scent.

I Bought the smaller 30ml size to see if i liked it-which i REALLY do ! So buying the larger 100ml bottle next. It smells clean and fresh with a deeper musky element. A lovely everyday fragrance,it doesn't smell cheap,the only thing a more expensive perfume would have on it is a slightly longer awareness of having it on,but at this price you can spray away! Packaging is nicely classic too.

Love the smell, but the only downside (and it's a small thing) is that the lid doesn't snap on properly, which is irritating.

Having enjoyed "New York" for a few years, I thought I'd try "London". They come from the same stable but are completely different. It doesn't smell like a fruit bowl (shudder) or a bouquet (think maiden aunt), but more of a good talcum powder and sandalwood; it seems to have more staying power than New York. It softens after ten minutes, and the true perfume surfaces so it's worth being a little patient. All at a reasonable price. Another hit on your hands M&S!
