So tried these for a 5mins jog on the treadmill which felt pretty good. Then took them out to the roads and yeah they felt OK for a 5k and then a 10k I did have these on for a longer run in all 27k and I mean I did PB my Half marathon time by 15mins but I think these would best suit maybe a 15k MAX. I'm a Neutral Runner and its very confusing one part of product description says it's fine and the other part says for stability on over procrastination. Looks good, they do feel comfy but maybe a daily trainer for your slower run days maybe that's my opinion of them
