To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Not up to expectations
They were poor x half the blooms were dead before they even got there. Very disappointing x we did complain and replacement tulips were sent

Did not look like this!
I sent these as a gift to my mother in law for Christmas. When I saw the photograph I could not believe my eyes. It looked nothing like this lush bouquet. There was approximately 4 carnations and no roses and a few sprigs of red tiny bud flowers that are not on this photo and limited greenery. I phoned to ask if I could send a photo only to be told they trust their customers and all they could do was offer a gift card. On opening the gift card it was for five pounds!!!! Never buying flowers from here again because this is the 3rd time they have been a major disappointment and do not contain the flowers they are selling! Shame on you M&S you used to stand for quality!
