Elixir Activ Gore-Tex Hiking Trainers

Very disappointed with these gore-tex shoes (mine are orange ones). Got in rain and my socks were wet and feet cold:( Though they are light and comfy, but the fact they are not waterproof ruins everything:(

From the minute I put them on they were extremely comfortable. I’ve done at least 50 K in the first week and not a sign of anywhere whatsoever. I have done all different types of trails are soft buggy and feet were still dry. Highly recommend.

Have had the shoes for just about a month and have used them mostly for walks with the dogs in the PNW where we are entering the rainy season. Have had zero wet or cold toes. Also using for soccer practice on the wet turf and grass. Excellent. Now that we are in the rainy season I am wearing them almost every day.

as usual, sizing is erroneously off and off-putting--why the inconsistency with this company? Hassle to return for improper consistency.

Unfortunately although these are waterproof, the colours are very light and so walking through wet and muddy fields/ paths will make them look awful quickly. I also felt the price was high for shoes, compared to the higher cut boots format.

Bought these as a replacement for my much loved Salomon Veyas now worn out. Bit sturdier, great speedy shoe.

Very comfortable for hiking and tail walking. Size is perfect.

I walk a lot in the redwood forest near where I live and on the beach. These shoes fit my feet perfectly! I can tighten them up with the laces so that they don’t slop around, and best of all they seem to have more padding on the bottom of my foot. Just great overall.

I bought a second pair of these shoes as I loved them so much! Excellent for walking. So comfortable and I feel that they position my foot correctly and therefore minimise knee and hip discomfort. I love the ‘roll’ that I feel through the shoe as I walk, it aids my walking gait.

Good feet support, comfortable in all terrain... Also after the long day feel like feathers. I love my new Salomon footwear.

I bought these to take on a cruise to the UK. They are lightweight, comfortable, and have good traction for slippery rocks. I only wish the gray/white was more stylish as I'll be wearing them with everything. Sadly, they remind me of clown shoes. However, practicality is key, so I'll pretend they're my attractive, trusty X-Ultra boots back home. closet.

Love these! Water proof and feel great to be on your feet all day. Perfect mom shoes for walking with toddler during the wet spring and hanging out in the park. They won’t look too dirty but still look very cool.

I bought these Elixir Activ Gore’s for my wife, and she loves them. They’re so comfortable and light and although they’ve only had two ‘good walk’ outings, these shoes are certainly made for walking!
