Denim Button Detailed Bodycon Dress

This is a very nice denim dress, was a bit concerned that buttons being stiff would result in fraying around the buttonhole, but decided to keep it. size 14 is my normal size in m&s dresses, this is a bit snug around the bust, but a perfect fit otherwise, am hoping that as dress has some stretch it will become more comfortable. Too good to miss in the sale for such a quality item.

I love this dress! ive got in on today, no tshirt. with brown suede heels, looks fab! Nice quality material, fits perfectly, looks expensive. material is thick denim which makes it look good quality, not too thick for summer, I mean the uk is hardly Hawaii !!! So happy well done m&s.

Thought this would be a practical buy, especially in the sale - but it was so stiff that I struggled to get it on and once there it felt too much like a corset and not at all comfortable, so returned.

After reading customer reviews, I ordered my usual size and the size above. Shouldn't have bothered with the size above. The dress is a perfect fit (very flattering) and will be a great addition to my autumn wardrobe. The only negative is are that the buttons are incredibly stiff!

Delighted with this garment which can be worn as a dress or a pinafore. Great value for money!!

Love, love, love it! Ver versatile. Looks lovely with a T shirt and will look equally as nice with a jumper in the autumn/winter. Buttons a bit stiff to start off with. I am 5ft 10 and length is just below my knee.

I do want this dress but the sizing seems to be all wrong The 14 so tight. But the 16 massively big. It is a lovely dress. Nice denim well made

Quality material. Was a touch tight. The bit just in front of the arms gaped open, so returned the dress.

Only 4 stars, as the other reviewers have said, the buttons are very tight especially on the top and waist where the material is thickest. Apart from that, it’s a great little versatile dress. Looks good with either a t shirt or jumper underneath. Too heavy to wear on a hot day but it looks like we won’t be having any of those this year.

This is a very heavy denim is a very good length, the buttons where a bit stiff at first to open but the more you open and close them they become easier. Looks lovely with tee shirt will also be able to wear in winter with fine jumper under it.

Was looking forward to getting this. I am a petite fit but the design of the straps would allow me to alter the top to fit. It was not to be. The tunic just did not fit over the busy. Sadly I had to send it back.

I liked the cut and the style, but, what ever the description might say, this is NOT a dress for the warmer weather. It is made of very thick and heavy denim, and would actually be appropriate , with a suitable jumper underneath, for wearing on cold winter days; personally, when it is cold enough to need a dress of this thickness I will be wearing trousers anyway, and so I have returned the item

Absolutely love, love, love this dress! Fits great. Made of good quality denim with a bit of stretch. Is certainly versatile - can be worn with or without a top underneath so suitable for all year round really. Found the length good on me too (am 5ft 4"). Very pleased with my purchase Only thing I'd say is that if you're normally between two sizes at M & S, go for the bigger size when you order this dress.
