Pillow spray
The spray has a lovely smell. I am not too sure how effective it is in helping me to sleep, but the scent is quite relaxing so I will continue to use it. This particular size is good value for money.

3 poor sleepers in my family so after reading reviews I thought would buy for Grandchildren & Daughter and if works buy one for myself!!! Too date still not sleeping and as expensive won’t buy myself one!!! Very disappointed!
