Our Master Baristas undergo extensive training, ensuring they master every detail of the coffee-making process, from learning about coffee origins and the importance of freshness to learning how to clean and maintain the machinery. They understand the science of the perfect espresso and how to serve the milk to the highest standards. Our barista training program doesn’t just focus on making coffee — it instils understanding of what it means to be a barista, from product knowledge and speed of service to delivering the best possible experience for our Café customers.

To celebrate and challenge our baristas, we hold the prestigious Barista of the Year competition, where skilled baristas compete to showcase their expertise. Judged on quality, knowledge, passion, speed of service, and latte art skills, this competition highlights the talent and dedication of our team, inspiring them to create new drinks that we hope can be showcased on our Café menus.
