Checked Straight Leg Ankle Grazer Trousers

Love the pattern, shape and style of this suit and I've had lots of compliments wearing it. The only thing I will say is that it's a bit snug so I've had to wear control underwear underneath it. I have already recommended this suit to my sister but I advised her to go for the next size up. At least its motivation to get eating healthily and exercising again to get a more comfortable fit. Love the suit though

I purchased trousers as part of suit. The trousers were supposed to be straight leg & looked straight on the picture but were really wide & baggy legs. Nice material & colour but not a good fit

Bought 12R trousers with matching jacket as suits for elderly mum who is 5ft 3 but relatively long-legged. Was surprised to find that they were too short. Only realised they were meant to be ankle grazers when I checked online and saw description. It did NOT say this on label attached to trousers. Ordered long length which duly arrived - again without correct labelling (which some but not all trousers in store did have). Thankfully these are just the right length as a regular trouser for my petite mum. Highlighted mixed labelling to customer services when returning shorter pair and just got a shrug

Bought these as I saw them as a 'classic' style. I've also been looking for a pair of grey trousers as a change from either navy or black, but sadly the actual fit was a big let down. They looked like jodhpurs on me...excess material around the thigh. Sadly I've had to return them.

While these are ankle grazer trousers and I ordered short as I am under 5ft they were very short (thats a first for me to say that) Would advise medium length

I purchased these in store, regular length which I normally wear, nothing was said about ankle grazers otherwise I would not have purchased. Could not get long length anywhere in Northern Ireland so had to order on line. The long length was just right. Why ankle grazers?

Should have read the reviews first! Bought in a shop without trying on. Weird jodhpur bulge at the thighs, not perceptible from the website pics. Too short, didn’t notice the ‘ankle grazer’ description in the shop. For petites too short is not good! Yet another example of NO petite option. Pity, as I really liked the material, but it will have to be returned with the jacket.

These trousers were lovely quality material and fit nicely on the hips. The checked material was very flattering and just what I wanted.....but sadly the ankle grazer style is just not for me.

I liked the fabric and the colour and the pockets. I ordered the standard and they were very, very short, more like calf grazers. I would have ordered the long if I thought they would fit correctly, BUT the hips were too big and stuck out a little. The one great thing about the fit was the waist. It actually fit me, as usually the waists are way too big. So such a shame and I was disappointed.

nice colours and so comfy to wear.felt I needed something besides jeans and cords.these fit the bill. Again value you for money.

The material on these trousers is fantastic as are many materials used by Marks and spencer - sadly let down by design - these could have been perfect with more attention to detail .These would have been perfect in a slim bootcut style ,As it is , they are slightly too large from the hips to the knees for me .

These trousers look like they cost much more than £19.50. The check pattern is very subtle and I think the trousers work equally well worn casually or for work. Very comfortable and hang nicely. I like them so much I bought a second pair.

A great fit ,very stylish and crease resistant trousers.A versatile item that teams well with white shirt and black patent loafers all purchased at M and S .

Good fit for a British pear. So nice to find trousers that fit round the waist, although these are a little baggy on the outsides of the legs. I am 5'3" and regular length is good for me with a low heel.
