Checked Slouch Wide Leg Trousers

I ordered these on line on Boxing Day. Because I have terrible trouble with trousers, being a size 28.5" waist and a 38.5" hip, I ordered a size 12 because they were a wide fit, and also the size 14 swamps me. But when I went to collect them, as I entered the store I saw rows of trousers in the sale, so looked for these trousers. I found a size 10, which looked like they would fit me. So decided to try them on. They were a much better fit than the ones I had ordered. So exchanged them. I would like them in navy, so I am hoping they are reduced again, because £10 reduction was OK, but I would like a bargain!

Already had one pair in the burgundy and liked them a lot. Saw the navy ones and was keen to buy. They are very comfortable wear and smart. As they are a dark colour, any brighter colours will go with them. Would recommend them.

I had my doubts about ordering these, but finally did so in a fit of madness. However, I really don't regret it. These are really comfortable, and definitely a break from wearing jeans all the time. Also, kudos to the delivery service. I was amazed at how quickly these arrived to the remote Arizona town I've moved to. It seemed faster than certain American companies who dominate the mail order market here.

The only good thing about these trousers was the material.

The trousers are nice but I normally wear size 16 and were too small but the1 8 are a bit large' However I am wearing them and they feel comfortable. The material is good and I would recommend them to a friend.

At last !! A pair of winter trousers which are not black , not beige and not ghastly shapeless " pull on " trousers . Could someone at M & S actually be listening ? The fit is true to size , I didn't have to try 6 pairs before finding one that was right . Haven't worn them yet so time will tell on the wash & wear . Ever hopeful !!

Another great pair of wide leg trousers suitable for work. Good fit around the hips, fit and length just as expected and useful pockets as well. Soft and comfortable to wear, and flattering.

Nice and comfortable. More colours please and perhaps some in plain colours, possibly even with co-ordinating jacket range.

I have tried on several pairs of wide leg trousers and found these fit well. The material is of good quality and hangs nice and the fit is good. Like the dark blue as it is a change from black for me.

Bought these for work but they can also be teamed with something that little bit more special for evening wear. Really comfortable too.

My favourite M&S trousers! A lovely soft material, perfect sizing, and they match all sorts of combinations of shoes, boots and tops.

I ordered these in the blue and burgundy by opted for the burgundy as they're a bit different. A lovely fit and can be work with flats or heels. Very comfortable !

What's going on? Have been a marks shopper for over 40 years. Used to just pick up things I liked in my size knowing they would fit. No longer. I can buy an item this week and it'll be fine but the next purchase will be completely wrong. Sort it out please!
