Checked Slim Leg Ankle Grazer Trousers

I am quite often a size 10 in m&s slim leg trousers (and other things) .. but not always. This was one of the 'not a 10' times. I do wish m&s could get some consistency in their sizes. Unfortunately I didn't have the sense to order a 10 and a 12 together. The 10 was just a bit tight but when I tried to re-order in a 12 they were out of stock. Shame because I really liked them. I did order another slim leg pair in a 10 and they fit well. I really shouldn't need to order multiple sizes because m&s can't get size consistency but I think i'm going to have to in future. I've said I would recommend because they are nice trousers ..... if only they fit

its brilliant to get a slim leg ankle grazer trouser in a plus size. The positives are: lovely fabric, spring colours, on trend design, comfortable waistband. The negatives are: the thigh part of the trouser is very generous and as the fabric has little substance ( being for spring wear) it does flap around. I'm not sure if this is how M&S size up their garments, but if so, please don't assume that all plus size ladies have extra large thighs! Overall, they are really nice trousers which I have kept. They have since been tailored to meet my needs and now look wonderful.

I have had a few pairs of the slim fit ankle grazer style trousers from M&S over the past few years, but recently the fit has become rather hit and miss. I wanted a nice pair of checked ankle grazers for the Spring and Summer, and loved the nautical colouring of this pair. I know that sometimes the models do not do the styles any favours by wearing them too tight, or sometimes too big, so even though these looked rather big on the model's thighs and a little too tight below the knee, I decided to order them. Sadly they are just as you see in the picture. The waist and hips fitted OK, the thighs down to the knee were baggy, and below the knee was tight to the point that I would have had to keep pulling the legs down. It is such as shame as the material is nice and light, so I think they would have been cool for the warmer weather, and the colour and pattern is very stylish, but the fit is poor. What's happening M&S??

I would have loved to keep these trousers, great quality and they fitted well everywhere except for the lower leg area, which l found to be a bit too tight for me. Didn't think I had particularly big calves!

Have got these in pink as well lovely colour combination length just right 10 short for 5ft 3.

I am very pleased with these trousers, they fit me good not too wide in the leg, I shall look forward to wearing them, suitable also for the Spring. I am very happy with my purchase

Love these trousers. I also bought the same pair in Pink. Very on trend and you can wear them with a multitude of tops. Will look great in the spring. Quite light, but the fit and colour are excellent. The model on line doesn't do them justice as I thought they looked a tad 'tight' . Look as if they will wash well and don't need ironing. These checked trousers are flying off the shelves and I bought the last pair in my size in store today.

Bought these multi coloured checked ankle grazers in a 14 long. They are very flattering and the cotton blend makes them comfortable to wear and easy to wash. A big bonus is they don’t crease and don’t need ironing. You can wear them with flat shoes and boots or kitten heel boots or chunkier higher heeled boots. They are very versatile as you can wear a multitude of different coloured tops with them. Very pleased with my purchase!

I love these trousers. Comfortable and stylish. Am looking to buy another similar pair.
