Charming Inns & Rural Escapes - Gift Experience Voucher

We are acting as agent for and on behalf of The Activity Superstore Limited and your contract is with The Activity Superstore Limited (“Activity Superstore”) who is the issuer of the experience voucher, in respect of all purchases of gift experiences (whether made instore or online). Please retain your receipt as for instore purchases (only) it will contain the last 4 digits of the activation code required to book your experience through Activity Superstore. If you change your mind about your purchase, provided that you present the receipt and provided that the product has not been activated, we will issue a refund or provide a credit note (in the case of gift receipts) in accordance with our goodwill returns policy (refunds within 35 days from the date of purchase) and your statutory rights (see our General Terms and Condition of Sale). Unfortunately, refunds/credit notes cannot be issued without a receipt and proof that the activation code has not been activated.
