Cable Knit Mule Slippers

These are lovely and bouncy and fluffy, but get a bigger size than you would normally. I have size 5 1/2 feet and can only just get into the large, despite them being labelled for size 7-8.

Bought these about 6 weeks ago and they have already started to fall apart, a total waste of money - not what I expected from M&S

Love the red shade. These slippers look bright but neat and smart. A good fit for size 7 As they are a present I can't comment more but I feel confident they will be liked.

Slippers were fine and as expected, but unfortunately arrived with dirty marks on them so I will be returning them.

These are for a present and are really gorgeous. They are to go with a onesie so together absolutely brill.

When I was in the UK three or four years ago I bought a pair of these and was delighted to find I could replace them this year.

I read some negative reviews about these slippers but my personal experience is the opposite! Sturdy, warm, well made, make sure you buy the right size and you can't go wrong!

i found these slippers a good fit, warm and comfortable to begin with, but they started to fray around the end of one of them and became baggy sooner than i would have expected from m&s... shame.

I received a request from my daughter down in Norfolk to try and get her a pair of slippers similar to the "knitted cable pattern" she had as a present a couple of years ago. We were both delighted to see this style of slipper was again available. My daughter is now well prepared for the winter. Thanks M & S.

Love these slippers. Like the cable knit design and neutral colour. Comfortable and useful to have waterproof soles.

Lovely style and colour. Had a knitted pinky/burgundy pair previously which were fine. However, the right foot of these grey ones skews inwards so that my sock heel twists to the front on every wearing and they are difficult to walk in as foot tends to skew inwards, too. Also length is slightly short. What a disappointment!

Quick review...Soft with a solid sole which is good and they are washable, also a big plus point. They are also very, very warm. However, they are short in length so my foot only just fits in. To make them fit lengthwise I have to really shove my foot forward into the slipper but they never stay there. The next size up was too big and I found it difficult to get down the stairs in them without leaving one behind! However, still good quality and I do like a slip in style. I can tolerate my foot hitting the edge of the slipper at the heel as after a time I wear it down anyway. Would be perfect though if they were just 1 cm longer!

I had these as a Christmas present and have been totally disappointed. I already need a replacement pair as they have worn unevenly at the heal and the stitching is coming out at the toe. Simply too soft and not resilient enough for me. I only wear them inside too!

I love wearing slippers and can't bear it when an old pair wear out, so usually buy two pairs at the same time. Sadly my system failed and I'm currently wearing the old old pair that need replacing. I've always bought from M and S in the past, even though their 7-8 size is not really long enough for a size 8. However, this pair of cable knit mule slippers not only skimp on length but now they skimp on width, so really are only suitable for size 7 feet. Very disappointing.
