Pick up our Cook with M&S peeled Maris Piper potatoes in store, then simply par-boil and allow to steam dry. Add a generous spoonful of our Cook with M&S goose fat (find it in store) to a baking tray and preheat in the oven. Toss the par-boiled potatoes in the hot fat, then generously sprinkle over our Cook with M&S roast potato seasoning. Available in store, it’s a must for crispy, perfectly seasoned roasties.
